FNA is an open source re-implementation of XNA. XNA is a game framework created by Microsoft Corp., and is quite popular. A few notable games have been written with XNA (wich is for MS Windows only) and later ported to Linux and MacOS using FNA and/or MonoGames. Let’s make it work on our ODROID.  ▶

Introducing NEMS Linux: Part 1 – The Nagios Enterprise Monitoring Server for ODROID Devices

NEMS Linux has evolved to be what I feel is the best out-of-the-box Nagios experience available. As a Nagios user myself, this is the Nagios server I have longed for. As NEMS has continued to grow, I set out to find a more powerful platform than the Raspberry Pi. That’s when I found the ODROID-XU4. Just over a year ago (September 13, 2017 to be exact) I began my quest to port NEMS Linux to the ODROID-XU4. After nearly a year of development, I am extremely proud and excited to share: NEMS Linux is now available for ODROID boards.  ▶

The Yocto Project: Up and running on the ODROID-C2

This article describes the fundamental building blocks and process for building a custom ODROID-C2 Linux image. The same steps can be used for other ODROID machines. Yocto is the industry standard tool for building custom, complex Embedded Linux systems using the latest Open Source technologies such as Qt5, QtWebEngine, and Grafana.  ▶
